Our clients have the right:

  1. To be able to speak with Charley when they have questions and receive a prompt response to their phone call or e-mail.

  3. To be kept up to date on the status of their case. Charley provides a monthly status report to his clients so they know exactly where their case is in the process and if there is anything holding up progress.

  4. To demand and expect that they will be treated in the most professional and respectful way possible but everyone involved in their case.

  5. To demand the ultimate level of professionalism and competence be used in the prosecution of their case.

  6. To be informed and counseled about every part of their case, including the good and the bad.

  7. To have a full explanation of the fee agreement, including a written copy.

  8. To make the ultimate decision on their case. Charley will never make a big decision without your input and direction in your case. He works for you. At every stage of the process, Charley provides his client with a detailed explanation of the choices they have and the information they need to make an informed choice, including a professional opinion of what those choices would mean.
