DEFECTIVE DRUGS

As a consumer, you have the right to know that the drugs you take, prescription or over-the-counter, are safe for consumption and free of defects.  You are also entitled to full disclosure from the manufacturer that the drug you are taking may have side effects and what those side effects are.  Increasingly, manufacturers are hiding side effects they have known about for years because they value profit over safety.

Drug manufacturers have been held responsible for the effects their drugs have on customers in several ways:

-   They designed a drug that is unsafe at any dose.

-   There was a defect in the manufacturing process that made certain batches unsafe.

-   The manufacturer failed to warn customers about the risks of the drug.

Defective drug claims are complicated and highly technical.  Call, text, or email today for a free consultation to determine if you are eligible for compensation for a taking a defective drug.
